Return and exchange policy at Hana Radhwa Store: Return and exchange are a guaranteed right for all our customers and include all products displayed on our store. All products displayed on our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions specified on this page. Return and exchange are possible if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and wrapped in the original packaging. Return is allowed if the product has obvious damage or a defect. Return and exchange are only within 7 days from the date of purchase. Return due to damage to the bag or product or water reaching it is permitted provided the product is not opened. The customer bears the return costs, which are 60 SAR for shipping both ways. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page on our Hana Radhwa store. Please take a picture or video of the product to clarify the issue and send it along with the city, address, name of the order owner, and a copy of the receipt so it can be exchanged for another product, and in the same case if the product is defective or has a specific defect or is not used as agreed. The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on the product page in our store. The steps to request a product return are the same as the steps and requirements for the exchange as described above. We are not responsible for expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page in our store. Cash on delivery orders remain under review, and contact will be made with the customer to confirm the order or cancel it. If confirmed, the order will be shipped; if canceled, it will be canceled, and the order will be automatically canceled after 7 days if there is no response from the customer.
